Welcome to Offset
Welcome to Offset (offset.skew.org), a wiki hosted by Mike J. Brown. It uses the MediaWiki software, same as Wikipedia. If you want to participate in any of the projects listed below, then create an account for yourself, log in, and edit away!
Hosted projects
Two projects are hosted here so far:
- A workspace for the new 'file' URI scheme draft. Members of the W3C's URI Interest Group are welcome to participate.
- A workspace for research related to the Island Records label. The research is intended to help better catalog and organize Island information on Discogs.com.

- 03 Apr 2006 — MediaWiki upgraded to 1.4.15, and file uploading enabled (see the 'Upload file' link in the toolbox section of every page).
- 03 Mar 2006 — An overzealous upgrade attempt (MediaWiki 1.4.5→1.5.4) caused an outage that lasted from 2006-01-10 through 2006-03-02. Fixed by downgrading to 1.4.14. And yes, I know, I need a logo.
