03 March 2006 – An overzealous upgrade attempt (MediaWiki 1.4.5 -> 1.5.4) caused an outage that lasted from 2006-01-10 through 2006-03-02. Fixed by downgrading to 1.4.14. And yes, I know, I need a logo.
