My favorite Windows console fonts as of early 2021:
I think my favorite overall is Noto Mono.
The following assumes you have all these fonts installed.
Things to watch for: tight spacing, the shape of tails on i, l, and r, the shape of g, readability of tall letters, crossed/dotted 0 ... really none of these combine the exact features I want!
